Retainer Instructions

While it can feel like there are a lot of things to remember when it comes to your retainer, it's simpler than you think.

• Wear your retainer at all times unless instructed otherwise
• Remove your retainer when eating, assuming it is removable
• When your retainer is taken out, put it in its case
• Clean your retainer once a day by brushing it like you do your teeth
• Practice speaking and singing in private to get used to your retainer
• Be careful with your retainer as it is breakable
• Never adjust your retainer on your own
• Always bring it to appointments
• Keep your retainer away from heat
